our house sold 6 days after it went up for sale. just waiting on the deal to close, then will have to move into a rental in our area July 26. the big move to Montana doesn't take place until mid-September. one step at a time.
huge sigh of relief.
i'll let out a "huger" sigh of relief when i finally get into my new house in Butte.

Moving your house that quickly is great news. Congrats to you and your family on such a speedy sale. I like that Charlie Brown quote about disguised opportunities that you posted above the fold on your blog. Also, I wish you and your family the best in loving memory of your mother-in-law.
