i just reached 17,000 words out of the 20,000 i needed to finish. weird thing was, i wrote "The End" yesterday, but only because my son and i had written the last scene. but i still have some scenes to fill in before the end.
When I finished the first draft of what is now Promise and Purpose, I wrote, "The End...But Not." It was proclaiming that there really was an end, but admitting I really wasn't done.
